Elementary BEFORE/ AFTER School Program

If your child has not attended the before or after school program during the current school year please contact the main office at 978-388-8137 to complete enrollment.




IF YOUR CHILD IS CURRENTLY ENROLLED AND YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO THEIR DAYS PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE.
Please sign up for the school your child(ren) are enrolled in.

Before Care Information:

-Children may be dropped off any time after 7:00am.
-Parents must walk child(ren) from parking lot into before school program and sign their child in for the day.

Before School Program Services will not be provided:
-In the event of a delayed school opening
-In the event of school cancellation

Drop In students:
The Recreation office must be notified before your child attends as a drop in.  Payment must be made before your drop in date, unless previous arrangements have been made with Rec. office. Children who are pre-registered (attended the before or after school program within the current year) for the after school program are eligible for drop in care if space is available.

After Care Information:
3pm arrival, Healthy Snack (see notes about nut-free policy), Playground/outdoor activities, Daily homework time, Reading Rewards Program, Arts & Crafts/Indoor Games, 5:40-6pm Clean up/pick up

You must call the programs cell phone to report any absences or you will be charged a finders fee.

Program is held on Professional Release Time Days!

If your child does not regularly attend on scheduled PRT day they may DROP IN for $35/day! Payment is due by the 1st of the month every month.

Late payments will incur a $10 late fee.

$10 Sibling discount for 5 day/week program.

After School Program Services will not be provided
-In the event of school cancellation
-School holidays
-Early dismissal the day before Thanksgiving break*

Information
*We’re NUTS about allergy safety!
Please let us provide the snacks for your child during this program. We check all labels and provide ONLY allergy friendly snacks to our program participants. Please respect our request to not provide a snack for your child for after-school consumption.
If your child has celiac or has extreme allergy concerns, contact the program supervisor and request to provide your own healthy snack!

Drop- In Students
