In this multi-hour vacation session, your eaters, working together, will prepare entrées, fun snacks, and side items whose key ingredients are known to be really good for us! During this intensive, we’ll focus a bit more on learning practical cooking skills, while finding fun ways to enjoy the produce of the season! We will use every second of our time together! Along with cooking and tasting, which will be the emphasis, we’ll also take short breaks to move and flex our brain muscles – digging a bit deeper into the world of nutrition with fun activities. Even the most reluctant eaters enjoy KTK, where participation is expected, but
tasting is always optional. Each session arrives with fresh new recipes and ideas to inspire your healthy
