Fall Grilling Series
- Learn to grill like a pro this November with Big Green Egg Pro Team member and grilling expert, Craig McPherson. Each week we will explore new flavors, techniques and seasonal dishes- all while building your grilling confidence. Sign up for 1 class or all 3 for a discounted rate. Each class will be focused on a different meal and will include recipe overview, things you will need, common mistakes, tastings and a printable recipe to take home. All equipment is included. You will gain hands on grilling skills, perfect way to prep your skills for holiday cooking. Fun, social and delicious.
- Session 1- 11/9) Tailgate & Football Favorites- Learn to make smoked queso, steak sliders, & sausage burnt ends. You will learn tailgate set up and safety tips.
- Session 2- 11/16) Fall Flavors on the Grill- Learn to make steaks, chili & squash. You will learn ingredient prep, grilling method and timing, wood smoke and spice blends for fall dishes.
- Session 3- 11/23) Thanksgiving on the Grill- Learn to make boneless turkey breasts, legs and a grilled side. You will learn about smoker use and timing, brining and seasoning methods for turkey, and discuss serving sides on the grill.
